I am not surprised to see more activity at the high end of the price range in both North and South Redondo Beach. As buyers discover that they simply get a lot more for their money in Redondo than either Manhattan Beach or Hermosa Beach we are starting to see new highs being paid for new construction.

In fact, I would submit that if you were to take someone from out of town to let's say The Avenues or Hollywood Riviera, they may very well prefer those neighborhoods to 90266 or 90254. Or maybe that's just me.

If there was anything I found lacking it would be that I would have liked to see some grass in the backyard instead of cement. But with the drought set to continue maybe not a bad thing at all.
