If you follow my various blog sites you know I spend a lot of time on new construction throughout the Beach Cities and South Bay. A few reasons. First is that all things being equal no one will pay more for a resale property than a new home. So "new" becomes the benchmark for pricing. Second, I just like looking at new houses.
I viewed the 2 new construction townhomes at 209 S Guadalupe this week and really liked them. One of my favorite townhome floor plans with the third floor bonus room. I would have liked a little more outside deck but that could just be me. These units are quite large at over 2500 SqFt each (btv) and are priced at $1,399,000 each.
