If you are in the market to buy a home in South Redondo Beach CA 90277, there are 16 open houses to see this Sunday February 16th 2014. Considering that there are only 48 homes for sale in the MLS in 90277 right now, that's pretty good availability for you to view. There's alos a good cross section of everything on the market ranging from the low $400's for a condo in Brookside Village and going to over $2M for a SFR on "The Avenues". Here's the list followed by some of my favorite picks.
431 Via Mesa Grande, Redondo Beach CA 90277: SFR in the Hollywood Riviera just listed. Here's what the listing agent says:

If you are new to the area and not familiar with what we mean by Hollywood Riviera, Queen's Necklace etc, well a video is worth how many words?
Also in the Hollywood Riviera is a 2 bedroom condo at 163 Paseo de la Concha. It has been on the market for a while and was just reduced to $545,000. Considering the location I'm surprised it hasn't found a buyer looking for an alternative to "The Village". Here's what the listing agent states in the MLS:

222 N Prospect Ave Unit A, Redondo Beach CA, 90277. Prospect is often a tough sell because it isa major North-South street with a lot of traffic. But if you can get a lot of space and an ocean view at an affordable price, it may well be worth the investment.
